Culinary alchemy
Our chef, Inés Cardona, is the master alchemist on the stoves. The kitchen is her kingdom and his hands breathe life, in multiple and original forms, a centuries-old gastronomy, with clear Arab influences where tradition and modernity shake hands.
À la carte or set menu?
Every weekend we renew our set menus for lunch and dinner. In them you will always find seasonal products and
dishes made with fresh meat and fish.
You would rather select to your taste among the proposals in our à la carte menu.
The Very Best
The "blat picat" hotpot, an exquisite local recipe made with minced wheat, vegetables and local slaughtering meat, a wonderful way to get rid of the cold; and the "minxos", pancakes made of corn flour (and sometimes carob flour) which are stuffed with all kinds of ingredient. Both are two of our specialties. Come and try them!
Dishes for everybody
We are used to preparing and adapting recipes for celiac, vegetarian, vegan people... whether they visit us in a group or individually. If you have any food intolerance, you just have to tell us. We will surely find a solution together.
